Our Hot Honey begins with our signature raw NC Mountain honey. It is infused with chili flakes and vinegar for a slow-building heat that balances beautifully with the natural sweetness. The result is bold, bright, and endlessly versatile—spicy without overpowering the food it touches.

Drizzle it over wood-fired pizza, fried chicken, roasted vegetables or cheese boards.

Made in small batches in Western North Carolina, this is a pantry staple with just enough edge to keep things interesting.
